The United Kingdom office of the PennWell Corporation organises the Avionics Europe conference on 21 and 22 March 2012 in Munich, Germany.

Avionics Europe is a conference led event, with an exhibition, that looks at the future technologies, issues and hot topics that will affect the commercial and defence aerospace electronics industry. For example, one of the current hot topics of SESAR (and Next-Gen in the US) affects the defence aerospace industry as much as the commercial and the defence technology engineers are one of the professions involved in planning solutions towards this.
In March 2011, the conference saw over 200 delegates attend the range of conference sessions and technical workshops, who all benefit from the learning opportunities and knowledge sharing offered by the event.
The exhibition provides companies the opportunity to display and demonstrate their latest technologies and innovations, of which should be of interest to the defence technology engineer. In March 2011, the event saw 64 companies exhibiting and the organisers anticipate around 75-80 companies in March 2012.
